Contributed to the digital experience for Hues of the Minds, a nonprofit mental health awareness initiative. Designed the entire platform from scratch, shaping the information architecture, branding, UI kit, style guide, and responsive mockups to ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility. Explored multiple design directions and participated in brainstorming sessions to refine interactions through collaborative, feedback-driven iteration that elevated usability and user trust.

At TCS, I contributed to UX for internal service design platforms supporting a UK-based financial regulator, shaping digital tools that streamlined case management and complaint resolution. I translated business needs into intuitive flows, wireframes, and responsive prototypes that improved clarity and usability across complex workflows.
I collaborated in brainstorming sessions, enhanced FSDs for alignment, created 80+ reusable components, and applied WCAG principles to improve accessibility.
